Disassembling the SK3 motors?

Hey guys, anyone done this? I've tried but it seems near impossible without stripping the screw heads! I'd assume thye put locktite on them or something to stop them vibrating loose.

I wanna install a temp sensor in the motor, but can't get the damn thing open!
