Does this exist? Sprocket direct mounting to ISIS spindle

I'm working my way through some design challenges on a project bike I want to build

It will use a internal gearbox that has a ISIS spindle for attaching crank arms.....only I want to attach a freewheeling trials type sprocket to each spindle end.

Is this even possible off the shelf?

My thought was to hack off 2 right side crank arms and use threaded freewheels mounted to them and attach my sprockets that way...

This will allow one side to be powered by pedal (from a separate bottom bracket) and the other side to be powered by the motor. Freewheeling will allow each to work independently.

Any advice on solving this problem?

I really need to keep the sprocket diameters very small!

Yes, thats one of the challenges, I was going to solve that with a locator pin if I can't get my hands on a 1.37" 24TPI left handed threaded crank arm.
