E-BikeKit front hub motor review coming soon

Good to hear your first impression was a good one. I'm looking forward to your write up as well, as I am likely going to be purchasing an ebike-kit in the near future.

I have to say that I have experienced nothing less than exceptional customer service from Jason at E-BikeKit.com. I ordered a rear motor so that I could switch from my front E-BikeKit motor to the rear one. I experienced the spoke length issue and so I called Jason to let him know. He immediately told me that he would send me a new one as soon as they had ironed out the problem. A day later, he then told me that they had found the problem and would ship out a reconfigured one ASAP. He also told me that I could keep the one that I already had and that I could respoke it if I wished! I was floored. I have never experience his total commitment to making the customer happy. It's the old adage of under promising and over delivering!

He has my complete support as a customer and I highly recommend E-BikeKit.com without reservation to anyone that asks.

Wow,,, that is amazing. He ate $200 retail on that one for sure. Plus shipping cost. Even Wallmart would have to have the old one back

The snow only lasted 10 minuites, and went back to rain, but still, it was more snow than I saw all last year. I still have a cold, so not that it's chilly I'll need to get well before doing a lot of riding the bike to work. Still having a car is nice when you are sick.

Part of the hold up on installing the new motor is that it will go on my commuter bike, so we'll get a good comparison to the er, other motor I've been using. There was a real good thread for a hill climbing abilty test to compare different motors in the last few days. So now I want to do the test per the suggested method on the existing motor, then install the Ebike-Kit and do the test again. I'll need good weather, I don't like to do quantitative tests on windy days.
