I've done similar.fsmuggen said:I'm a bit tired of all the hub motors and batterypacks hanging around from my upgrades on the fighter. I just put my old tc100 on my mums bike.
It's good to be able to make use of the old fighter parts, the old 90v pack and CA allso came a long.
Bahahaha...very good point.arcticfly said:It's funny how we think we bought the best bike when buying the Stealth, and all that is left from the original bike is the frame and gearbox\sclumpf. And the back brake in my case...![]()

i just picked up a new stealth fighter (pretty sure its Hyena's old bike) #131
i have a stealth bomber in the garage too! but in loan to me so i can make some videos etc.
Here are some videos:
Side-note,
Is there a way i can make the fighter's throttle more aggressive, i hate this wind-on power curve, i need that instant snappy power for wheelies
remf said:Exactly Rick, all those other bits are just candles on the cake which we all replace or accumulate from year to year while trying to pretend the oldest ones never existed cos they burnt out. No big deal putting new candles on it.

I have tried the freewheel that fits the MXUS 3000 but do not fit on the Crystalyte 5403 because the inner diameter of the freewheel is too small
http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=63142&p=980571&hilit=freewheel#p980571
Anybody have an advice to find a 12T or 14T freewheel to exchange the 16T that I currently have on the Bomber?
Hey Cilindro Grande, If the standard freewheel on the 5403 is too big for the MXUS, that's telling me that the MXUS uses a "BMX Free Wheel" instead of a single speed mountain bike free wheel. I am not 100% sure, but I think this is the case. I will have the MXUS 4t in my hands in about a month or two. I can let you know then.

Rix, the 12T freewheels I have in the for sale thread/my fleabay listing certainly do fit my MXUS 4k motors, as well as standard Clytes like 4080's and TC80100s. There's one on PRW's crown in my shed right now. When I sell a MXUS 4T in Australia I generally get asked to supply a 12 tooth freewheel. All of these motors take the standard bike freewheel diameter, not a BMX one.
The problem is that stealth have beefed up their axle shoulders to about 19mm to compensate for the renowned Clyte grade of steel used and this extra ~1mm on the shoulder wont fit the 12T freewheel. So the bad news is that all the stealths I've tried won't take a smaller freewheel due to the thicker shoulder. I am unsure of when stealth starter this larger diameter - maybe it is year dependant?
Hey ariderslife - was wondering if you'd taken the plunge on that fighter - well done. Was wondering if you'd stagger into here soon!
Legend. Looks like you've cut the fins? I'll do you a new one in black with 12 fins once I have the measurements.Rix said:. @ Pendragon, I will modify your cooling impeller to fit the TC and send it back to you so you can start patterning them for the TC as well.

Welcome to the thread Arider, I was wondering when you would show up here. I seen some of your vids when you tested the Bomber and Fighter. I specifically remember when you over shot the corner on a section of single track when riding the Bomber, that was funny  Anyway, your throttle response can be manipulated with some controller programming value changes. One of the things that can be done is increasing your dc input ration to phase out put ratio. I am not to savvy with this stuff as I haven't done it myself, I pay people much smart than myself to do this, which BTW Allex is working on something very nice for next build. PM Hyena or Kepler, they know all about this. I think there is some settings in the CA you can change, I haven't ran a CA in a while, but its probably under advanced menu settings.
(moderator edit: references/questions regarding spammy ad moved to that ad's new thread in for sale section).

Must be a custom axle on stealth. Happy to refund it and appreciate the effort you went to, got there quick!
I'm holding one in my hand and wondering if you couldn't dremel/file 0.6mm off the wall on the internal surface. So close!!!

Sam, so did we establish that the MXUS uses a BMX sized free wheel? Or is the freewheel threaded flange the same size as any standared free wheel and will fit single speed mtb freewheels? . I get the measurements you took and posted, the ID on the freewheel is smaller than the axle on the 54xx, but that doesn't tell me if the threads that screw onto the hubs' side cover are the same at a standard single speed mtb hub or smaller like a BMX freewheel is. If that is the case, where can I source me a 16t or 17t freewheel that will fit the MXUS? I need the chain to clear the swingarm and no way will a 12t do that. Judging by Fighters swingarm, if I go down smaller than a 15t the chain would slap the swingarm as soon as the tiniest bit of stretch occurred. I could wait to find all of this out when my MXUS 4T arrives, but I suck with be patient

Ive just collected data for my h3540 in the real world with no UDI. Soon ill have comparison with UDI effectivness.
