Ebike controller programming and wiring

Hello guys, i have this intelligent brushless motor controller from my chinese electric scooter.. the spec is 48v and 17A. Wattage was not shown on the controller.. i wondering if anyone knows the wiring pin out and if it possible to program the controller.. the throttle response is delay take like 1 second to rotate and stop the motor.. and after i do the shunt mod the delay is more obvious..

the controller is come from china and don't have the brand only spec shown. 48v 17amp 3 speed and low brake

Looks like a "wisp" controller. I did a google image search and got this link.
