Hello

This unit (no screen lcd) just butons has 4 wires blue red to power on the controller and green black to control speed to 3 levels ... how it does? i don t have one to measure volt levels or what those green and black wires do, can you explain?

i just want to be able to lock it at max speed just that, but wonder electrically what to to with those 2 wires. thks in advance

Didn't you just ask about the EN06 display? The 810LED cannot work with a controller that uses the EN06 because the EN06 LCD display sends digital commands and receives digital data,

The 4 pin 810LED is an analog device that puts out a voltage on the green lead to signal its 4 operational modes, and it only uses a controller that is designed to recognize those modes. The only info an 810LED gets from the controller is the battery voltage,

I can tell you how the 810LED works, if you have a compatible controller.

tks , it is a different controller yes, this 810 controller is not going to use the 810 board because i will power on from a twist throttle red blue wires with baytery leds 3....
but in order to make a persistent use of the fastest speed i wanted to know what to do with the remaining wires..... maube if 3.3vol are there it will engage fastest speed motor for ever ?

Yes, you can run the controller without the L810LED, The throttle, if it has one will be active and you can set it for one of the 3 PAS levels, Tou may lose the low voltage shutoff, You need a 3 volt reference voltage, but we can talk about that later.

You don't have an 810:ED, so that is not your picture? Let's see a picture of the controller connector. Rewiring that controller to run without an 810LED involves battery power. If you wire it wrong, you blow up the controller.

i have on off the controller (yes is 810 compatible) with the red and blue wires... im repeating again this... just need to know what to do with the remaining wirew... should i put 3.3 vol on the wire not grounded (the green one 3.3v and black gnd ??)

Tie blue & red together. The voltage from green to black determines the level of Pedal Assist.
1V = PAS 1
2V = PAS 2
3V = PAS 3
4V = Walk mode,

The 810LED is precise. 1,0, 2.0. 3.0. I don't know about 3.3V. If it works, it works. You can also take a variable resistor off the 4.5V that supplies the throttle. a 3V zener diode, or a resistor divider, ,
