Ebike ski machine

My friend were snowed in at my place last weekend, so I decided to throw a ski on the front of my bike and test it out. I put a few zip ties around the rear tire and that gave me great traction. Unfortunately, the thing did not steer very well. The next step would have been to place slats or some sort to keep the front ski from sliding all over.

I think you need some bracing for the wooden uprights on the ski!

Well, that ski's edge will carve for shit, that's certain. In other words, it'll slide but it sure won't steer.
