Guys...
Here is the answer i got from Justin after asking him whi we had problem with the X5 and delta:
Delta windings only really work with sinusoidally wound motors, the back-emf of the Nine Continent is a very close sin wave so the 3 phases cancel out when connected in Detla. The Crystalyte motors are more closely trapezoidal wound, which is better for most BLDC controllers but it means you get circulating currents when all the phases are connected in a ring because the 3 back-emf voltages do not always cancel out.

This is a bit a discouraging information.... :|
Sinuzoidal/trapezoidal....
i'll still try with my 5303 motor to confirm and make the point about that.
... The only next possibility to do an electric transmission using X5 or X4 would be serie/parallel winding...5304/5302.. like i wondered few month ago .. but it would requier 10 wires out of the motor instead of 6... BUT THERE WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM ABOUT SWITCHING ALL PHASE NOT AT THE SAME TIME... so using individual DPDT relay per phase is still a great solution that
can't short the controller.
I should receive a 5304 soon.. i'll try to integrate the relay inside..
