then I dont know what it is due... it's weird because OKP made an update of forum and more !.. (you just had to click on the picture on esk8.fr  )
your motor wires are set up in a bad way imo, there is a lot of flexing involved if you run them like this. ideally, the motor wires should be directly attached to the truck and then, with lots of room, connect to the vesc. i did that mistake once and it basically rubbed off the isolation of the motor wires and shorted the motor.
imo, the best way is how longhairedboy sets up the cables:
thats why I set it up the same way and it really gives the direct motor exit wires a lot of room so that there is hardly any strain involved:
ye,s thanks a lot Whitepony !!
I will do this ! (there is actually more clearence into the enclosure but the wires have to turn to 90° and so it "cut off" the clearence I let inside)
I thinks your right but I will not try yours & longhairedboy way on this one but on the next build I prepared with a DIY deck a bit less flex and with more foot space and possible position (pintail deck ends too thin and above 40kmh start to move is body too much  )
But on this one I will try something like it with the wire pass along the deck ...
I think to pass to 80A max motor amp (75A actually), and start up boost to 0.04 !?.. to see
I need your help
I would like to know if I go right with my wiring diagram for BMS 10s >>> Pack batteries 5 x 2S 5Ah
from B1- to B10+ (11 wires to weld for 15 wires from equilibrage battery).
I go from B1- "-" from 1th cell and his + and + 2nd cell ... to B10+
Wow looks good. As for the wiring, you can mount it from the front. You just need to make sure it has enough wire slack so when you move your trucks left and right there isn't any strain.
Its really greatfull to discover is own work for real and then think .... DAM ! Its better in reality !!!
Yes thanks for your advices too ! It's made to put the VESC inside between the trucks and motors. Sorry this topic is not clear,.. got 3 builds here ... the wiring diagram is for the esk8  thanks to validate it !!!
Its a real pleasure to charge my 10s 5Ah pack in just 2h30 ... before it was 6h if I make the changement at time !
Now got a lot of work cause want to ride my e-mtb again & new things are coming again
I will make a new topic for the next esk8 so and the V2 of the Darth Vapor
