Extinguisher for lithium battery fire

Anyone tried these lithium extinguishers ?
Are they effective ?
Is 35secs enough for a typical 500-1000Wh Ebike pack ?

It shows a page for downloads, including test reports. It appears in 800Wh packs it tends to propagate and re-ignite.

It claims to be a water based vermiculite slurry, which I would think is pretty good at extinguishing. Batteries are notoriously resistant to extinguishing though.
