I had a bunch of CNC milling machine manuals that the a-hole manufactures had locked... no way to copy and paste the examples in the manuals into the machine (despite them saying to do just that). pdfpirate cured that problem. Also, all those machine makers were disqualified from being considered for purchase.

Sounds like the users are mixing new (fully charged?) batts with old (partially discharged) batts. Obviously we know not to do that. Unfortunately, the random flashlight user does not.
