I decided to take a shot at Torqueboard's guide to building an electric board!
Hopefully this will help anybody who's looking to do the same as I try to build a board for the first time.

Here are some of the parts that I've collected

So far it looks like so

Now the only thing left I have to do is to order pulley & belts :\
Here's what I'm looking at for a 1:2.85 ratio setup with 5mm pitch and motor having a 8mm shaft diameter.
Also, I'm not so sure what number of grooves is needed for the belt, so I'm going with the 57 recommendation

Pulley A:
14 Teeth, 6mm Bore, 2 Flanges/With Hub, Aluminum Alloy Timing Pulley for 9mm Wide Belt

Pulley B:
40 Teeth, 10mm Bore, No Flange/With Hub, Aluminum Alloy Timing Pulley for 9mm Wide Belt

Belt:
57 Teeth, 9mm wide Single Sided Neoprene Belt with Fiberglass Cords

Or with a 1:2.25 ratio setup with 5mm pitch

Pulley A:
16 Teeth, 6mm Bore, 2 Flanges/With Hub, Aluminum Alloy Timing Pulley for 9mm Wide Belt
http://shop.sdp-si.com/catalog/product/?id=A 6A25M016DF0906
Pulley B:
36 Teeth, 10mm Bore, No Flange/With Hub, Aluminum Alloy Timing Pulley for 9mm Wide Belt
http://shop.sdp-si.com/catalog/product/?id=A 6A25M036NF0910
Belt:
57 Teeth, 9mm wide Double Sided Neoprene Belt with Fiberglass Cords

More to come.
