That's good. Those are speed rated and often a little sturdier than regular utility bike tires. What's the speed rating? I'm guessing not E-110.

and hydraulic disk brakes.

That means nothing, except that the brakes can oil their pads and rotors when anything goes wrong. Disc ≠ good, hydraulic ≠ good. I can't tell from the photo what you're working with. There are a lot of cheap and lame products in the space because of people's misconceptions about brakes. On the other hand, many, maybe most hydro discs are pretty good as long as they stay fluid tight.

I use Kool stop tim brakes and keep my head up. Plus cars running packs you just ride in between the Packs of cars. Even on PCH.

This crowd hasn't had fresh meat in a while. Seems like they even take roadkill huh ?
