Frames: Phasor vs. Qulbix vs. Vector vs. HPC

If you are using a rear hubmotor, the purchase price might be the biggest factor. The Qulbix and the HPC both can mount a mid drive, if that's something that a customer is considering.

these are nice streetmachines with a nice suspension.

btw: theres no best...there are only best fit for yourselfs.
 
These units all have a single swing arm. If you want best, use a high end DH bike and modify it from there.
 
Depends on what your requirements are. I personally prefer a built-in battery compartment. These are all decent frames, and I recently went with Qulbix Raptor. If I had the dough, I would go with NYX. You can also check out Flux Alpha or Beta. Great frames.

With all being said, these frames will attract too much attention, and probably not for everyday use without a moped title and Insurance, at least here in Maryland.
