GNG 60v650w advices

I swapped my red idler with a sprocket from my old derailleur. It's bigger, so more surface area, better tension and way less noise than that irritating red thing.

That looks nice, but my 1st idea was not use any sprokect in that place, I have seen some mods without sprokects, but can't remember where...

With adjustable brackets, you don't need the tensioner at all. LightningRods sells brackets, or you could devise your own if you have the capabilities.

Just ordered an aluminum jockey wheel
Hopefully it will help thx

Thanks all for the ideas, I will start my research with each solution and see what happens.

I have realized that the controller becomes hot enought to start worry me. I have seen mods where people puts the controller back in the frame, so it would have lot of fresh air. Is there any aluminium premade box to do that? I am not good at metal work...

I just thought I would add this for anybody that was curious about this specific controller.

You need that controller out in the air, just mount it wires down and wire tie it so it doesnt move, that bag will suffocate the controller.
