In general, your best bet would be to post a bike you are interested in and ask if that is a good candidate.
Belt drive: the problem here is that the BBS02 has a unique front chainring mount and I am not aware of any compatible belt drive pulleys. Let me know if you find one.
Any bike that satisfies these two requirements will likely be a good candidate. A steel frame is a plus since it is stronger.
Battery: you will need to make sure the battery you want to use will fit. I prefer using the "dolphin" frame mounted type which typically only fits medium non-FS frames and a limited number of FS frames.
Bottom bracket: must be threaded 68mm or 73mm (longer mounting screws and some washers necessary). You might be able to convert a BB30 to fit - I haven't done this but have seen adapters.
also, consider having at least front, if not FS - you will realize how nice it is (the need for it) going 30 mph.
