The balancer charge at 3.7V and balance each to 3.7V.. not like the dewalt

I dont know.. i will do some search about that.

using the data cable with the charger what is great, is that you can simultanously monitor each cells voltage at the same time during a charge or diacharge.. and determin is some cells become weak...

I bought this thing and yes it does balance "stand alone".
