Hello world, has anyone got a solution to smoothing out a throttle on E-moped(no pedal assist). My initial idea was to replace the speed controller for an up market unit that would enable me to do this. I am still waiting for response to this question. In the meant time I have obtained an unwanted esc that is similar to the one fitted and just maybe there is a device or modification I can plug in/connect between the esc and the throttle that will soften the throttle response making it not so snappy.
Thanks for any help

Can you provide more details on your system? What voltage are you running? Normally running higher voltages 60v, 72v) can cause the throttle to be sensitive, but not so much on lower voltage systems.
Besides a “device”, you could fine tune the throttle to remove upper and lower dead zones, to make it so you are using the full range, so it feels less abrupt. Check post #3 on tommycat’s guide.
