Has anyone fit a 10s3p battery into a 1.5L or 1.7L saddle bag like this?

Hey everyone,
I'm looking to fit a 10s3p battery into a saddle bag and was wondering if anyone has already done this with a bag like this one:

The two sizes I'm considering are 1.5L and 1.7L.

Would appreciate any insights or photos if you’ve done something similar. Thanks!

It's been done, examples on this forum. More commonly with flat polymer cells.

"frog" batteries achieve the same thing. BMSBattery used to sell one.

I wouldn't want 2kg swinging around by Velcro attachment to the post though ... would want to make flat aluminium plate to support the underside of the rockbros bag, attached to the post via something resembling a post clamp/binder. If you need the quick release aspect of the rockbros design, that's fine, but as is it will be weak and flimsy, so factor in having to build your own attachments.

See here https://endless-sphere.com/sphere/threads/amberwolfs-velcro-eclipse.20595/post-301791 for what I did to secure a "lunch bag" to bottle bolt mounts on a regular bike to securely hold an old NiMH battery in place. Wasn't as good as I could've done, but was quick and easy. :)

I would've done exactly the same. Always seem to be making brackets and braces. I can't remember ever coming across one on a purchased product that was fit for purpose.

P.s. bike looked good with the fusin motor.
