Help with a Jetson Electric Scooter Malfunction – I Need Your Expertise, Guys
Peace be upon you.
I have a Jetson electric scooter, and I've encountered a number of malfunctions with it. I need your help, especially from colleagues who have previously worked on the same model or have experience with its controls.
Case Details:
Batteries: 4 x 12V = 48V - Voltage shown on the display is 54.3V.
The wiring harness and connections were connected as they were from the manufacturer (no modifications).
The headlight turns on and off repeatedly.
The pedal doesn't work.
The screen works whether the contact switch is open or closed.
The two brake levers have been disconnected, but the problem remains.
The motor sensor is suspected, as there is a fourth sensor whose function is unclear in addition to the three known sensors.
Requirements:
Analyze the reason for the pedal's lack of response even though the control is working.
The reason for the headlight flashing.
The function of the fourth sensor in the motor, if present.
How to connect a manual start/stop button to the control panel.
Anyone with experience with this type of sensor, or who has wiring diagrams or a detailed maintenance manual, please contact me.
