How to disable throttle?

A colleague of a friend of mine bought the following Bike.



It has a throttle so it's not street legal where I live.
It has the following display and my friend said he's able to reach the P parameters.
However he does not know how to disable the throttle.

Any help is appreciated

You should be able to just unplug the throttle and remove it from the bike. You don't need to disable it in the display.

Was my first idea too. However its wired with the key ignition. So unless we measure and cut cables this is not an option
