True, but these are probably 1C cells. They appear to be lithium polymer.
They could be recycled underperforming cells, or they could be pretty decent.

This "awesome find", turned out to be basically 0.5C ( or less ) factory reject cells with 1/2 the mAH or less, and rusty tabs underneath fresh new soldered ones..

So if something looks too good to be true, you should be skeptical

These could be good, just don't buy a dozen

Most likely underperforming cells (whats up with the 12.6 voltage :lol: ). Let me know the test results if you pick any up

12.6v is the full charge voltage of a 3cell lithium pack, 11.1v nominal. that pack does look like LIPO but most of those CCTV packs from china seem to be made of 18650 junk cells that have no performance at all. similar to ultrafire cells. it is a good way to recycle low discharge cells, because video cameras have very little amp draw and can run for weeks on one of these packs.
