So I bought a juiced scorpion with the 20” magnesium 52v 750w hub and I want to convert it to awd with the same motors and same battery, maybe different controllers and a suspension fork.

The problem is the width of the hub. I bought the exact same hub for the front and the axle width is 9”, could be about 8.7 at most, and I can’t find a suspension fork anywhere to accommodate a disk brake and a 9” hub motor.

Any advice on how to find a suspension fork wide enough?

PS: I am well aware about the unpracticalities of awd, but I still want it, just need help finding the fork, thank you.

There is no such fork. Your best bet is to have a machine shop make you an extra-wide fork crown that places the fork stanchions at the correct spacing. It will not be cheap.

Hub motors are really good at destroying suspension fork tips. Have a plan for how to prevent that.

I think you're making unnecessary hard problems to deal with by using a rear hub motor in the front.
