When torque mentioned the cordless drill pack, he was referring to you using the drills battery pack to power it.

There's a lot of info (lots of great info in the comments too!) but when it comes to things like this it pays off to be informed. After reading it you will have a better idea of what will work for you, components you will need, and an idea of what you are getting into financialy.
