KTM 200 exc goes electric

It is about a year and maybe 50 hours riding since I changed the bearings last time.
But I am still not sure if it was the problem this time. I couldnt feel anything wrong with the bearing (I only changed the front bearing this time).
There was some marks on the outside from water, and the spring on the seal had opened or what to say:

Last time the bearing was bad, and you felt it. It was also a lot more dirt and water that had gotten in.
Yes, it was SKF I changed to both last time and this time.

I changed the sprocket at the same time, and it seems to work. I havent ridden a lot since then, I ride the yamaha now

This is a very impressive and comprehensive build. Well done sir.

Just wondering if you are still running the Votol EM-150sp at 300ba 500pa? Also would it be possible for you to share the votol parameters so I can compare against mine?

Thanks, Matt from Finland.

I think I am running it at 400bA and 540pA actually nowadays
(540pA is max you can set)

I am pretty sure I have posted my settings both here and in the votol thread.
There really isnt anything to it, just set 400A in sport and busbar current.
And 10800 or something like that in phase amps (you see what sticks, too high and it backs off when you save)

That is if you have the old x.32 firmware, I dont know on the newer ones

I usually charge to 90v, a few times 91-91,5v.
Discharge to about 77v, maybe down to 75v sometimes.

Btw, the bike is for sale if someone (locally) are interested.
I intend to freshen it up a little and take pictures, it just dosent seem to happen :?

Hi again,

I'm asking this because i've recently got this same battery pack and i would love to know to how much voltage i can charge/discharge them.

I think in the car they go down to about 3,5v/cell, and there isnt much left under that.
Not much use going under 3,4 or maybe 3,3v I think.
I dont really know how high they charge these, I go to 4,1-4,15v/cell.
I have seen about 4,15v up to 4,17v at 100% charge setting on other cars.

Thanks for the help. :)

It seems like the main reason for all the dirt and water in the connection box is not the seal that was not perfectly in place, but the seal around the phase wires:

I thought it was a little strange that I got that much dirt in there with such a small fault.
There was some other small problems, but to put some sealant around the phase wires is probably a good idea and not very hard to do.

It is back on the bike now, and ready for some riding tomorrow.
Before I hooked up the chain I took some real no load currents:

In the last one the max value should be 8853rpm
after 5 years
Can you tell me what application it is?
fishblood user a version ??
or another
You used your 150sp Votol at 300 amp peak battery.??

It is a homemade app I got to test from another user, I don't think it is available to find anywhere.

I think I ran 300bA for a while, until I turned it up to 400.
I dont think it ever reached more than 350-370bA though.
