I've found some US18650VT cells https://www.megacellmonitor.com/CellType?startID=Sony_US18650VT in a power tool. And the datasheet says that the max charging voltage is 4.15 V. This is a bit concerning to me. As it's less than 4.20 V, and I don't have a charger that will stop at 4.15 V. I'd be worried about overcharging them. Anyone have experience with cells that have a max voltage of less than 4.20 V listed on data sheets and how to use these cells?

Weird. I actually found a separate datasheet here that seems to agree with the 4.15 max charge voltage. If I were you, I'd just skip them, recycle them. Risk is too great, I wouldn't want to get specialized equipment, and they're only rated for a max 1.1 Ah anyway.

Hey thanks. First time seeing a max of 4.15 V.

I also found some separate Temu no name Chinese cells that I can't find any datasheet on, so I will skip these as well.
