Lightning Cruizer - anyone recognize this?

I saw a bike forsale, and it's name and style was new to me. The "gas tank" area has the words "Lightning Cruizer", but when I google for that, I only find an auction for a similar bike. It has a vertical tower battery that seems pretty narrow. Do they make SLA batteries that narrow? For the price, it'd be awesome to get non SLA.

I thought I saw that bike at Sharper Image (may their souls rest in peace). I was tempted to get it then!

The Sharper Image Electric Cruiser is similar looking. The Shaper Image bike, though, had 24 volt nimh batteries in the "gas tank."

When E-bikes are used, I plan a price-bid that accepts that the batteries have very little life in them. It would hurt a seller who has new batteries (what, don't you trust me? I have the reciept right here!), but...if I can't get it at the "dead battery" price, I'd rather get a different bike and pay more for new batteries that I got myself...Just a thought.

Does anyone know where I can purchase replacement parts for my APC Lighting Cruize Electric Bicycle? I would also like to get a Service and Owner's Manual.
