Looking for izip e3 moda battery?

I purchased a Izip E3 moda electric bike from Goodwill. It came without a battery charger and key. I have owned the bike for over a year now and have been unable to find these items or at least the battery as the bike has been discontinued. I continuously check Google and eBay but to no avail. If anybody has a battery and charger available for sale please let me know. Thank you

This is a very old bike. does it have a lead acid battery?
