I have a 48 volt/ lifepo4 battery - 20 A/h with a 1000 watt rear brushless hub motor.

...

im trying to reprogram it to 40 LVC , but when i open the window to program it., on my laptop, all the numbers in the windows are blank.

is there any place that shows a photo of the correct numbers for all these blank windows corresponding to each type of E bike setup / battery / motor rating ?

I would also like to know this information. My own attempts of communication with Lyen about this subject have not yielded good results.

EDIT from dogman, Mr Lyens took sunday off. Imagine that. He did respond and resolve the problem.

Well I have had the USB connector since Saturday...and its now Monday and I still am stuck with many questions that arent being answered by the vendor that got my business.

Its a gorgeous 82 degree day outside, and ive been sitting in my living room all day, trying to get Lyen to answer the phone / emails and help me.

Very frustrating....I got more assistance from a member on this forum called " bowlofsalad" then I have Lyen.....this isnt how a vendor is suppose to treat customers ...

You can't "read back" values from the controller so that's why the values are all blank - i.e. there is no way of extracting the values already in the controller. You need to decide what values go in the boxes and then program the controller.

Also, have a look at the xpd open source software for programming your controller.
