Hi everyone!

I’m got a problem with my MAC 8T. After replacing the motor cable, the wheel motor spins very slowly about 7(seven) mph. I’ve checked many times everything, reassemble wheel motor, cooper winding looks good, no traces of burning, motor no twitching, controllet is fine, no burning smell, throttle is fine. I'm changed controller and throttle but nothing changes.
Kelly controler settings stay the same.

How fix it?

Yes, I said earlier here is a photo.

With 4 out of 6 possible options, the speed is 20 km / h.
Of course this is not my normal speed. I usually drove quietly at about 50 km / h.

Yes, the controllers have auto-learning. With Kelly it is very convenient in the program on the connected laptop, you need to select the auto-identification mode. Just need to turn off / on the power and an automatic search for the desired combination will take place. Then the green diode lights up. If not, then turn the power off / on again and automatic identification will run again.

But with the noname controller everything is different there you need to close the wires, the engine makes strange sounds, it can spin in the opposite direction. Therefore, I am afraid to look for a combination with a high rotation speed of 20 km / h.

I have replaced the hall sensors. All three are as expected. Nothing changed. Speed 20 km / h. No more, no less. The operation of the motor with the Kelly controller is good, absolutely no jerking or strange sounds. But it’s too slowly.

Further steps:

1) Check again different combinations of hall wire pairs. Still, there were changes with the old hall sensors.

2) And there are two shielded wires in my motor cable. I don't know if this can affect the work, but the two hall wires will be protected from interference.

3) Finally, there is nothing else to do but to remove the outer braid as long as possible.

After replacing the hall sensors, I didn't go outside to check.
I replaced the hall sensors and didn't notice any changes in the operation of the wheel motor.
The speed of free rotation on the display was like before. May be the speed signal wire is out of order. But I gone ride outside in desperation. And it turned out that everything works. New hall sensors helped.
I don't know why doesn't helped detection of work polarity old hall sensors.

Thanks to everyone for advices.
