Perhaps what I was implying is that for opportunity charging, 10 amps is more like it. Not through the bms, but bypassing it. So maybe a power supply bigger than a 350 watt is what you want for a fast opportunity charge. I think if you stay under 7 amp of AC draw, you won't pop the breakers at the coke machine. Maybe a 500 watt switching power supply. That would put 3/4 of a charge in your ping in one hour.
While the 350 watt meanwell is fast, The 60 v output of a ping charger, if it really puts out 5 amps is 300 watts. Not too shabby. However, I failed to make the connection that your battery is 36v. So your ping charger is only putting out 225 watts. So in your case, a S350 meanwell would be singnificantly faster.
At the house, you'd need to use the hyperion charger to properly top up the ping, bypassing the bms, and using balance plugs you have added.
Personally, though, I find it easy enough to pack 100 mile range on my bike. But the cheaper frames do start to be a pain to ride when loaded that heavy. If I were you I'd just ride that honda to gordo, unless having a beer somewhere along the way. Meanwhile, find a good quality FS mountain bike for your permanent E bike. Or a longtail like a yuba mundo, or surly. Once you have the good frame, you can then pack on battery till you don't care about quick charging.
It's $$$, but I'm talking about a long term goal, not a solution for this week.
