Megapower infinity-960sr Screen Break :(

Hey Everyone

I was balancing my 10s - 5p A123 Pack with my charger on the floor; And while cleaning off the table i dropped a full 1lbs roll of solder onto the lcd screen

Can anyone guide me in the right direction on where i can find a replacement? it is the same type of screen like a watts up meter just black display with a simple blue lcd light to light it up

I will open my charger when its done charging to check if theres any model/description on the back of the screen

so...

I have opened up the charger and i can not find this display anywhere

there is a chip near the connector for the dot lcd or dot matrix lcd ( i don't know what its called)

the chip reads

ATMEL
ATMEGA128L
8AU 0822


The back of the screen reads:

DGL-0401B-3BH
BTG-12864AR-BLF-B-A R:01
2008-05-03

BTG-12864AR-FBWC-F-G-A02
081901200-002

The ribbon on the lcd:
BTG-12864AR-FPC-B

The ribbon is 26 pin

The display itself measures 70mm x 35mm

Anyones help to find this lcd will be GREATLY appriciated; I haven't found anything yet ... this charger is less then 1mnth old too ..

The LCD is 128x64, you should able to find a replacement. Find out what is LCD controller and dimensions and do a search. Most of small graphics lcds use KS107/108.

So far i have called digi key & mouser and they do not have any idea where to fine; I try to contact sjproporc company .. but there email is not working .. and i can not call koria # without paying crazy long distance charges ..

hmmm.. well.. i see now at least ONE disadvantage of buying korean or chinesse stuff..... THEIR CUSTOM REPLACEMENT PARTS AVAILLABILITY...


But.. no one here in America built a device like this for that price...
