Mid Drive Motors that mount ABOVE the Down Tube?

I THINK I've seen some newly released motors that are designed where they can mount above/behind the down tube - BUT now I can't find them.

Can anyone provide a pointer or link to help me out? This would seem to be a good solution for a tandem that has the eccentric bottom bracket and especially for a MTB single or tandem that will be crossing logs, etc.

THANKS

There are several people on here that have mounted the Cyclone motors inside the frame. Not possible on ALL frames, but worth a look.
The Cyclone is pretty versatile. This is how I plan to build my ebike.
Not sure if that is what you are asking for or not.

Have a look around. Users such as Phife, and KOMAN have Cyclone mounted upwards of the crank. Those are the few I can think of at the moment.

Dave and a few others have mounted their Tangent kits within the Triangle. Seems to need a Horst link style aka VPP suspension frame where the pivot is behind the BB.

Motors on the swingarm seems to be the ideal solution, but not something you can do without a lot of fabwork for a custom frame.

I feel the same way. That is why I choose a Klein Mantra as the platform to build my ebike on. Not ideal for everyone though.
The crank on the Mantra is part of the swingarm assembly. The frame does have its shortfalls, but it does have this one element going for it.
I do not believe anyone has done a true mid-drive on this frame yet. Interested to see how it handles with the extra gear.
