Could someone help me to get the motor that meets the needs of my use? I have single speed 24" dirt jumper which I absolute love after my 29" 21-speed mtb.
It's much funnier and more agile. I need some motor to it and I would love to use it with single speed. I have bad feeling running my bike over 2000 watts with gears,
with 2200 watts on my sons bike even the #219 kart chains barely last.
The thing is I would like to keep up with my 3 year old son running with his 2200 watts Oset electric bike in woods. With my dirt jumper it's impossible to even
see him riding after 30 seconds of running, he is just so fast. His top speed is around 30 mph. With 21-speed mtb I can almost keep up with him at times expect steep hills.
I have been mainly considering these two motors: Mxus 3000w mid-drive. and Cyclone 3000w mid-drive. We run very rough terrain with rocks, steep hills and big
downhills. I have already 18s 16ah lipo pack (66,6v nominal). Any other choices under $600 including everything expect batteries.
This is him riding his bike in local indoor offroad track:

Many of hills are this steep (but not so soft ground) and can be much longer:
