Motor Winding: What to choose?

Im trying to understand the motor sellers on Aliexpress.

Looking at a qs260 5000w 45H

There is a:
Torque motor
Balance motor
Speed motor

The different models state different rpm but not torque difference.

I have today 1500w 72v 60a 30H

How much torque would i lose on a speed motor with 5000w 72v 75-80a if i compare to my 1500w?

Can i calculate the torque difference from this numbers?
 
Torque shouldn't be more than 2% different, just based on how much total copper fill there is in each winding ( there will always be a very small difference )
This is a misleading way to quantify the differences.

a fast winding will want more amps than volts.
a slow winding will want more volts than amps.

amps are adjustable in controller. to adjust volts requires battery surgery.

So if you want a fast winding, just buy it, but expect that it will require more amps and lower voltage to make the same total watts/speed.
 
It seems every step has about 30% speed difference at the same voltage. I think you can assume it will also mean each step wants 30% more phase amps from the controller to reach the same torque.
If your controller cant provide more phase amps you will probably loose 30% of your torque for each step faster wind.
