I got the stock phase wires (cut off the Anderson PP's) on the motor hooked up to the big wires on the controller.
I got the hall wires hooked up correctly I believe.
My CA reads out 46V which is true due to my volt meter reading, my top speed however is only 15.5kph. I have 46V volts at 20Ah and I think the CA reads out 0.46ohms for battery resistance.
The first hall sensor (the ones with the really small wires and the white wire which is unused.) I connected it up and it ran but quirky/wonky/gittery.
The second time it ran smoothly.
The motor simulator on ebikes.ca should be at 38 or 39kph. Is simply the fact I got small wires about 2' long stock, going from motor to controller? Restricting it?
Do I still have to play around with the hall and phase wire combinations?
