The voltage drop a lot . When connected only have 2v

What voltage does your battery have before connecting it?

A 36v battery should be about 42v full. If it's not, then either your charger isn't charging it, or the battery has a problem inside (usually failing cells causing the BMS to prevent charging or discharging, to help prevent further cell damage that can cause a fire).

What happened before the problem started?

When i connect battery and controller it show 28v and slowly up to 34v. This condition is when the thin red wire is not connect to main red wire

That XT60 connector there in your last photo is a disaster waiting to happen. What is that, a screw jammed into the solder cup holding a burnt wire into it?
