My new electric motorcycle

Usually when talking motor spec it is about continuous power.
So if you have a 2,5kW continuous motor, you could easily get 10kW peak power.
If you do, you could call it a 10kW bike and not really be wrong..

That is probably what is happening, you have a controller suitable for a 2,5kW continuous motor.
The controller is capable of 10kW peak, and if the motor is too you can call it a 10kW bike.
It will only do it for seconds though

And a 10k watt motor setup would blow past 70mph... With correct batter, controller, and motor he should be at about 110mph no problem.

He got back to me after I sent him the pic

What does that even mean? Have you left a review on Alibaba yet? Make sure to include this picture. I will be leaving a review, (good or bad) with pictures of the actual motor specs.

I was told that fardriver and other controller companies test there controllers on one motor so they probably tested mine on a 3000w motor

Any updates on your motor? I do believe they test on a 3000w motor, but it should be reading your motor correctly. I think if it was a 10000w motor, they would have sent a bigger controller to begin with. 150/300a is not eneough for that motor.

All he said it has to be debugged .took the bike to work today ran the best it ever did who knows

Does anyone know why I have a red exclamation mark with a circle one this screen I connect to my controller

What does the MCO that Andy Han sent look like? Did it say "Motorcycle" and "Street Legal" or Scooter Not for street use? Thanks!

Similar to what j bjork said a few posts above re the motor size, these Chinese Electric Motorcycles have been sold in my area for years with the base level being a 500w motor (nominal power) and 2000watt "peak " power. With that setup they can be used as ebikes in my area or you can register as a LSM (low speed motorcycle) where you can insure, plate, and ride with a regular motorcycle license. They go about 45mph/70kph with this setup. You can option them out with more powerful motors/batteries but then you need a motorcycle license as they're seen as a regular motorcycle.

Taking this into consideration, yours billed at 10000 can be correct - its likely a 2500watts nominal motor with 10000watts peak power.

Yea I talked to some one on another forum I need a better controller and bigger battery. Good news I took the fairings off for paint and there's no clunking while braking hard so it must be the fairings

Got my bike running and put back together.long time but finally done
