VOLTSHIELD H400 (VS001) - how to access service settings?

Hello, I'm new here, so I hope I'm posting in the right section.

My WUXI JOSE VP5M electric motorcycle has a VOLTSHIELD H400 (VS001) dashboard. The speedometer is clearly miscalibrated, and the display doesn't show any BMS data. I have the user manual, but it only describes the standard user menu. Does anyone know how to access the hidden or service settings?

Can the speedometer be calibrated, or is special software required?
