Did you try the new app that isn't put out by Fardriver? called the worthless app. Works pretty well for me anyway. No more of that binding nonsense and kicking me out etc.

Worthless app is great. It's gotten better since it went public a few weeks ago. It's getting constant updates, bug fixes and enhancements. The setting categories could be organized better but, overall it works just fine. The app is free, datalogging and dash is $3.
Worst case scenario you can us ethe USB pc programming cable which is a direct connection to the controller and doesn't require you to login or register.
USB pc dongle you can get at Hotpaxx or make your own.

I tried worthless, which does not save any value to my controller.
But logging the phase amps is nice.
Yesterday I bricked my controller with a wrong firmware, there is no more communication possible.
I ordered a new ND841800
So I can change my battery to two VW MEB 12S 6,85kwh batteries, when it gets worse.
