Hi there. Does anyone have a pdf copy of the Navitas CTL series motor controller manual? I was recently asked to fix one, and I was just trying to figure out what bits and pieces I could toss away inside and which parts I need to repair and keep. This controller comes from a local high school that blew it up through a incorrect wiring incident  . The internal bridge is toast, and one of the diodes for the plug braking is fried too. I am thinking that I can probably toss away the diodes and fix the bridge since they are using this with a pm brushed motor, but I don't know if there is anything that Navitas interlocks for the plug braking part of the circuit.

The only thing Navitas has is
https://www.navitasvs.com/_files/ugd/ab0fe1_98f05e8b5c764a868b16f347bda85ce7.pdf
listed as "CTL Installation & Troubleshooting Manual" which does have a lot of useful system connection diagrams you might infer things about the internals from.

Awesome Amberwolf...for the life of me I could not find a manual on their website. As I have dug into this controller, I realized that it is a really primitive design in terms of efficiency and control compared to modern full digital controllers. As it turns out, this controller only has low side fets with a free wheel diode(made of parallel button diodes) in parallel with the motor armature, which was part of what they blew up besides the fets. Fortunately the diode(s) that they use for the plug braking appears to be the same design as the freewheel diode(s) so the unit may still be salvageable (without plug braking which the school doesn't use). Now I just have to swap the blown fets and diodes and check to see if the control card functions correctly which the manual will help out a lot with. Cheers.

Here is a pic for anyone interested in the internals. Fully analog control card...sigh so old school.

Looks about like the old Curtis 1204-410 controller I used on a powerchair motor on CrazyBike2:

Used to be some internals pics but they seem to have gone away. :(
