need help converting battery power

I'm trying to convert my ebike battery 48v 1000w 12ah to run a small water pump 12v 3amps. can someone help me with the parts I may need as well as the math to figure out how long the battery will last. thank you very much.

What is your math calculation ?

I evaluate around 1000/36= 27 hours

Edit : false of course, 48x12 is not 1000, lol sorry

48x12=576wh. 12x3=36wh usage. 576 / 36= 16 hours less conversion loss.
