So I'm working on a small project that requires a 4S battery and I'm thinking about wiring 4 4S2P batteries in parallel but I'm unsure and confused as to how to go about it. I'm including a picture I found on Google that perfectly replicates the battery pack I'm working with. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

If you want to put em all in parallel just run all + outputs of the 4s2p assembly to a single positive and all the - outputs to a single negative. You only need to worry about the 2 on the XT connnector forget about the balance leads. Bingo. Done.

Yeah, I think I know how to do it now. Sounds fairly simple, now I feel dumb for making this post... Thanks for the quick reply, I guess I'll update the thread if I run in to any issues.

Your google diagram looks incorrect to me. That BMS won't do anything except monitor voltage. You can hook up a 5S charger by mistake and set the battery on fire. You have to look at your specific BMS to see how it's wired.

You probably won't do something dumb like that, but I once bought a 13S pack, and got got shipped a 14S pack with a 14S charger. For a year, I was charging my other 48V packs with a 52V charger ( and the 52V pack with a 48V charger). Nothing happened because the BMS saved my butt.

That wire you're seeing isn't for the BMS, that's a balance connector for a balance/RC charger. I'm not gonna be using a BMS with that battery pack.
