Need to remove freewheel, no bike shop has the tool

I'd like to remove one of my freewheels, but none of the shops here have the right tool to do it, all the tools have openings that are too small for the axle. Where can I buy the tool I need? ebikes.ca sells them but they want $27 for it with shipping which is WAY too much.

I had this problem a few weeks ago.

I took a die-grinder to it, and about 2mins later, it had a bore large enough to fit an ebike axle.

So a driving around to find a $6-$10 drill bit, find someone who has a drill press that will let me use it or pay $15 in shipping. Guess that freewheel isn't coming off. Can't believe it's this difficult to remove a freewheel. I don't understand why it costs $12.86 to ship me a small $12 tool from California to Nevada. $15 from Canada.

I missed their USPS option, under $6. Ordered it + some andersons since I need some. Thanks, problem solved, whine mode temporarily disengaged.
