With an operating temperature of -10C as stated in the image (and on their site as:

Outstanding cycle life at

Operating Temperature

, they're going to be tough to use in most applications. The cost of cooling them that much will be pretty high in most environments, and take more power than you will get out of them.

But I find it odd that they don't allow you to just download the datasheets for their cells; you must fill out a form to get it. I'd think they'd just let anyone download it if they wanted to show off, instead of hiding it. :/

I think the -10 is a brag about their low temp performance, not a required operating temp.

I found out that Nkon recently listed them at a reasonable price. I have no experience with Tenpower, but parametrically they look interesting. 7mOhm IR (I assume it is ACIR value) is on par with Molicel P45B datasheet ACIR value which I recently got for testing. As I am not performing ACIR tests the DCIR IEC at 50% DoD comparison is:

P42A: 15 mOhm
P45B: 10 mOhm

So significant progress was achieved.
