New display issue

So I bought an Ebike by ZDZA model Z03, and the display has no security like NFC or passcode so I want to change the display and the company was no help to tell the communication protocol the controller uses so I have bought a UART AND UART 2.0 and still get an ERROR 10, I even bought the same brand of display that was on the bike and still nothing, original display works fine just want the one with NFC and passcode to work any ideas?

You generally have to buy a controller and display as a pair. Different companies flash different firmware on them which communicate with different numbers of values.

So since it's not a DIY bike in order to do that need need controller

So pretty much, if I want a new display need a new controller. Gotcha.
