Can anyone please tell me if the lube I am going to use is fine for the one way bearing below or do I need some kind of special grease? The bearing had got stuck to the shaft due to high speed & high torque from my recently motor upgrade (up to 34mph @ 750W). Thanks!

See the pdf (pg 26) that miles posted on the other one way bearing thread.

LUBRICATION
Oil is the preferred lubricant, as it minimizes wear and heat generation.
For those applications where oil is not practical, clutches are packed with
a soft grease containing mineral oil. Thick grease will retard roller
engagement and can cause individual rollers to slip, possibly overloading
any engaged rollers.

Thank you very much for digging the info for me. This is very useful. So I guess it is okay to use the bike lube I have and let it bond onto the shaft. :)

You may want to look up sickbikeparts.com and then search in their parts section for "freewheel crank lube". Supposedly its specifically formulated for the one-way bearings they sell. Maybe it will also work well for your application. Its a kind of really thick oil and comes in a nice needle-nose applicator.
