just had a look on mouser uk. the to220 version of the eng prototype are "£20" but £120 for a 6 fet monster powerstage? hmmm

It does look like the next leap in power tech though. Its a good time to learn to DIY your own controller like the Lebowski boards and then just update your powerstage once the price of these is a little more reasonable for the mere mortals. Thanks for posting MitchJi. Those scope shots are pretty silicone just got badly beat.

on reflection these are 600v 10-15amp devices which I think would mean changing the kind of motors, gearing and batteries on the vehicles we intend to power.
