Peddle Assist not working EP-2 Engwe

Hi,

I have an Engwe EP-2 Pro and the Peddle Assistance all of a sudden has stopped working i have removed the controller and all connections seem fine.

I purchased a new Left side sensor and have installed this but it had no change and still will not work.

Everything else works on the bike correctly.

Not sure if anyone else knows how to fix this issue?

What happened between the time it worked and the time it did not? Even the littlest thing could be a clue to the problem.

Is the sensor you replaced the original with identical to the original?
