Hi,

I'm usin a CZ-Lipeng controler. When I want to accelerate using only the thumb throttle (no pedal assist) the controler push full curent as soon as I touch the accelerator. Too agressive, I need to reduce the acceleration curve. The display I have is the cheap LED one, not a LCD display.

Is there any way to reduce the acceleration curve of the controler ??

Controler model (not sure it's usefull) : KT36ZWSRM-LP01
36V, max 25A

Why not change the KT-lcd3 display, it can set the speed limit and more Features than LED display.
BTW,you can try to check your battery, see if it is your battery's BMS does not limit the output current to cause this situation to happen.

The only current limiting a BMS can ever do is to shut off completely when overcurrent happens. It can't regulate current at all. That is purely the controller's job.

You can also look up Casainho's KT / Kunteng firmware thread, and see if it's compatible with your controller, as it's more programmable than the original.
